Weddings

Once upon a time, a wedding took place in a beautiful garden…

One of life’s most important celebrations

Imagine that magical spot to exchange your wedding vows with family and friends. Sweeping vistas overlooking the Bay, a scented nook of lavender and roses, are the perfect setting for timeless images that capture your love story.

This summer, distill your formerly elaborate wedding plans into sweet, intimate simplicity. As large gatherings remain off-limits due to the complicated realities of the pandemic, we are thrilled to announce that we are able to host your long-awaited union this 2022 season with a slimmed-down gathering of family and friends.

We offer the chance to say “I do” surrounded by our fragrant gardens and sweeping vistas of Nova Scotia’s Fundy shore. Upon arrival, the wedding party is ushered to a private dressing suite, where the couple and the wedding party can preen their feathers while their guests stroll the gardens. The open-air ceremony takes place beside our seven-circle Celtic flower labyrinth on a grassy hill overlooking the Minas Basin. Guests have full access to all five acres of garden grounds, featured in Martha Stewart magazine, Wedding Bells magazine, the Toronto Star and the Chicago Tribune, among other publications.

“What an amazing venue for a small wedding! The gardens, the small buildings, the unexpected garden treasures, the rusted bits and pieces, the owner and staff were absolutely wonderful. A charcuterie board was set up on top of an old rusted sink with a glass top. Not only did it look beautiful, the selection of eats was so delicious. Tea was served in bone china cups and saucers.”
