Using a traditional brewing process, shrubs and cordials have preserved fresh summer flavours in concentrated syrups through long northern winters for centuries. Shrubs mix the sweetness of fruits and berries with the mild acidity of vinegar, while the bright notes of citrus are captured in our cordials, making either choice the perfect addition to cocktails or mocktails.
